Violet Meadows is within Violet Township just on the outer edges of the City of Pickerington.  There is something for everyone!  In the Fall, you'll find friendly neighbors ready to set back and relax around their fire pit and take in the brisk evening sharing stories.   If you're in the mood for a walk, stroll through the neighborhood and during Spring you'll enjoys the aroma of the numerous flower trees and enjoy the nearly 0.5 mile walking path through our wooded green space.  For the sports enthusiast, you are a short ride away from Ohio State Football, the Columbus Crew (MLS), Blue Jackets (NHL), and our own minor league baseball team, the Columbus Clippers.

 

We have 150 custom built homes each with their own design and architecture.  Your dream home is here!  Most homes are approximately 3500 sqft, while some homes are as large as 8,000-10,000 sqft.  Homes typically start in the high-$400k's and go up from there.

 

The HOA (Home Owners Association) is homeowner run.  We've tried management companies, but returned to good ol' fashioned Midwest "management".  The HOA serves AND manages the community, and that is best done with a friendly neighbor to neighbor conversation.  Don't get us wrong, we pride ourselves on keeping the neighborhood looking nice, but that can be done while also being neighborly.
